Trade Test

The Trade Test assessment process is evaluated by an engineer specialized in the relevant trade, with support from a selection panel at the technical training institute. However, if the client or company requests additional interviews and practical assessments, the trade test will not be administered at the technical training institute. Instead, it will be conducted at the company’s facilities under the supervision of the selection panel. This setup enables the client/company to directly evaluate the candidates’ skills, suitability, and performance in a practical environment, ensuring a thorough evaluation process customized to their specific needs.

Document Required For Government Procedure

The Indian government has specified precise document prerequisites for the overseas employment of Indian citizens. These documents must receive certification from both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Upon receipt of the original documents, our deployment procedure is completed within a maximum of 30 days. The necessary documents encompass:

 

      • Demand letter
      • Passport
      • Medical Report
      • Employment Agreement
      • Guarantee Letter

Traveling Agreement

Once the overseas employer or company has stamped the passports with the necessary visa, they will forward the passports to the respective airlines. This action confirms the booked flight to the closest airport near the overseas worksite. Through cordination with the airlines, crucial travel arrangements are finalized to guarantee a smooth and timely departure for the candidates. This process ensures that candidates have the proper documentation and authorization to travel to their designated work location, facilitating their effortless transition to the foreign country.

Orientation

Following employment confirmation, chosen candidates participate in a comprehensive orientation. This program aims to solidify crucial aspects of their working conditions and provide a thorough overview of the country’s and company’s policies and procedures.  The program functions as a platform for candidates to familiarize themselves with the work environment and the local culture. It inspires and educates them about their duties and responsibilities as employees of the specific company. By conducting this orientation program, we guarantee that candidates are well-prepared and equipped to integrate into their new work environment, promoting a seamless transition and laying the groundwork for a successful employment journey.
